itSFM Roadshow gathered company representatives and students to learn IT -service management at KAMK in 25.11.2014. Lecturers were Timo Hyvönen from 3gamma (shown in the picture), Harri Karjalainen from Ebsolut Oy and Veijo Romppainen from Kainuun Sote. Roadshow was organized by Kaisanet and partnered by KAMK.
